How much does JobNimbus cost?

Written by EaveWorks, which makes one of the products compared here. Facts checked October 24, 2026; every one links to its source below.

Last checked: October 24, 2026. We re-check every fact on this page each quarter.

The short answer: JobNimbus doesn't publish prices. Its pricing page lists four plans by team size: Essentials (up to 3 users), Pro (up to 10), Premium (up to 19) and Enterprise (20+). Each one has a "Request pricing" button. There's a 14-day free trial with no credit card. Texting and marketing are sold separately. Older third-party figures put JobNimbus at roughly $199 to $550 a month plus $20 to $75 per user, but they use plan names JobNimbus no longer shows.

This page covers what JobNimbus says publicly, what other sites report (clearly labeled), what's sold separately, the cancellation terms and the questions to ask before you sign.

Disclosure: EaveWorks makes a roofing CRM that competes with JobNimbus. Every fact below links to its source so you can check it yourself.

JobNimbus plans by user count

From JobNimbus's pricing page, as of October 2026:

Plan Users Project boards Active automations Integrations Locations
Essentials Up to 3 3 10 Max 2 Not supported
Pro Up to 10 5 30 Max 5 Up to 2
Premium Up to 19 Unlimited 100 Unlimited Up to 5
Enterprise 20+ Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited Unlimited

Every plan includes contacts, estimates, documents, eSign, reports and insights, invoices, financing options, supplier integrations, the QuickBooks integration, JobNimbus Payments, and API and webhooks. Implementation is "Standard" on Essentials and Pro and "Premium" on Premium and Enterprise.

How the price is set. JobNimbus's FAQ says pricing depends on "the plan you choose… the number of users you need, and the features or add-ons that fit your business." A second answer on the same page describes "an account-based price for the CRM" plus "role-specific Project Management pricing for Admin, Sales, and Field team members." Ask your rep which model your quote uses.

The user caps matter. You can add or remove users "as long as you stay within your plan's user limit." Hiring your 4th, 11th or 20th person moves you up a plan.

Why there's no price list. JobNimbus says: "Because contracting businesses aren't one-size-fits-all." Its terms also treat the terms, "including pricing," as confidential information of both parties.

What's sold separately

  • Communications Bundle (Engage texting). Engage is JobNimbus's built-in texting tool. It's listed as an add-on with "Request pricing" and is "for current JobNimbus customers only." JobNimbus's help center says texting registration with carriers can take "5 days to 3 weeks."
  • Marketing Bundle. This is either a managed service (websites, SEO and ads run by a JobNimbus team) or a built-in marketing system that JobNimbus labels beta. It's also "Request pricing."
  • Professional Services. JobNimbus says "there are no required setup or onboarding fees," but it sells paid Professional Services for teams that want hands-on help "migrating data, building custom Workflows, or connecting integrations."
  • Payment processing. JobNimbus publishes starting rates for JobNimbus Payments: 3.2% + $0.29 per card payment, 1% per ACH payment (up to $50), a $20 boarding fee, and $15 per chargeback. It adds that "some customers may have different processing rates."

What other sites report (not confirmed by JobNimbus)

These figures come from third parties. Some of them sell competing software, as EaveWorks does. They also disagree with each other. QuoteIQ, a competitor, says the published estimates "contradict each other."

  • Older plans "Growing" and "Established" at $199 and $499 a month (as of March 2025), reportedly, per Connecteam, a review page from a company that sells its own work app.
  • The same plans at $225 and $550 a month, plus $20 to $75 per user per month depending on role, reportedly, per ITQlick (June 2026), as cited by Projul, a competing software company. ITQlick's own page blocked our check.
  • Engage texting at $49 to $249 a month, plus a $20 setup fee, reportedly, per Connecteam (March 2025).
  • Marketing Hub (beta) from $499 a month per location, reportedly, per Roofing Software Guide (September 2026). We couldn't find this price on JobNimbus's own site.

Roofing Software Guide notes that "Growing" and "Established" no longer appear on JobNimbus's pricing page, so the figures above may not match today's Essentials, Pro, Premium and Enterprise quotes.

What those older figures work out to, per Projul (before texting)

Team size Reported monthly total
1 user $245–$300
5 users $325–$925
10 users $425–$1,300

These are Projul's estimates built on ITQlick's figures. They aren't JobNimbus prices.

Contract and cancellation terms

From JobNimbus's Terms of Service (last updated September 23, 2026) and its pricing FAQ:

  • Monthly or annual. "We offer monthly or annual agreements, depending on your plan and onboarding needs."
  • Auto-renewal at current rates. Subscriptions renew "at the then-current rates."
  • 30 days' notice to cancel. The terms say to cancel at least 30 days before the renewal date, in account settings or by emailing support@jobnimbus.com. If you give less notice, the cancellation takes effect "at the end of the following subscription period." For accounts opened from March 2026 onward, the help center says: "To cancel or downgrade your JobNimbus Subscription, please contact your Customer Account Executive."
  • Committed terms. If your plan has a minimum term and you leave early, you owe "all Fees remaining through the end of the Committed Term."
  • No refunds. Fees are non-refundable, with "no credits for partially used subscription periods."
  • Price changes need at least 30 days' written notice, and you may cancel before they take effect.
  • Your data. JobNimbus "may charge a reasonable fee for data export requests." Its help center tells customers to back up before cancelling: "JobNimbus does not guarantee to hold data for canceled accounts."
  • Trials. If you add a card during a trial and don't cancel, the terms let JobNimbus charge it when the trial ends. Data from a trial you don't convert may be deleted.

For accounts opened before March 2026, the help center adds that removing seats earns "no credits or refunds." A deactivated team member's seat stays on the bill "unless you contact your Customer Account Executive." Cancelling means booking a call or filling in a form, depending on the plan.

Where JobNimbus is strong

JobNimbus is easy to try: 14 days, no card, and no required setup fee. E-signatures, the API, QuickBooks and supplier ordering (ABC Supply, QXO and SRS) are on every plan. It advertises a 4.8-star mobile app. Going by the third-party figures above, a one- to three-person shop would likely pay less on JobNimbus than EaveWorks' $749 starting price. On large ACH payments, its $50 cap is also lower than a percentage fee (see the table below).

Questions to ask on the JobNimbus sales call

  1. Which plan does my headcount put me on, and what does the next plan up cost?
  2. Is my price per account, per role (Admin, Sales, Field), or both? Please price each role on its own line.
  3. What does Engage texting cost, and can I use it during the trial?
  4. Is my agreement monthly or annual, and does it have a committed term?
  5. Will I get the published JobNimbus Payments rates, or different ones?
  6. Will moving my data need paid Professional Services? What does that cost?
  7. What's the integration cap on my plan, and do QuickBooks and supplier connections count toward it?
  8. How much notice do you give before a price increase? Can my rate be locked?
  9. If I deactivate a user, when does billing for that seat stop?
  10. If I cancel, how do I export my data, and is there a fee?

How EaveWorks compares on total cost

EaveWorks isn't the low-cost option, and it doesn't try to be. It has one published monthly price, set by your annual revenue, with no user caps:

Under $500k $749/mo
$500k – $1M $1,490/mo

The difference comes down to predictability. On JobNimbus, the bill depends on your plan, your user count, your roles and your add-ons. On EaveWorks, hiring, adding a branch or turning on texting doesn't change the price. Get JobNimbus's written quote, add texting and any services you need, and compare the totals. The savings calculator on our pricing page runs the numbers with your own figures.

Texting in EaveWorks follows carrier rules: customers must opt in, STOP replies are honored automatically, and business texting numbers need A2P 10DLC registration.

Common questions

Does JobNimbus have a free trial?
Yes. JobNimbus offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. EaveWorks offers a 30-day free trial, also with no credit card.
How many users does each JobNimbus plan include?
Essentials includes up to 3 users, Pro up to 10, Premium up to 19 and Enterprise 20 or more. You can add or remove users within your plan's limit. Going past it means moving up a plan.

How do I cancel JobNimbus?
JobNimbus's terms require at least 30 days' notice before your renewal date. For accounts opened from March 2026 onward, its help center says to contact your Customer Account Executive to cancel or downgrade. Fees aren't refunded, and committed terms must be paid in full. Back up your data first: JobNimbus may charge for exports.
How does JobNimbus pricing compare to AccuLynx?
Both are quote-only and charge by users. JobNimbus caps users per plan and includes e-signatures. AccuLynx bills per user license and sells e-signatures, texting and API access as add-ons. See our AccuLynx pricing guide.
