AccuLynx pricing explained

Written by EaveWorks, which makes one of the products compared here. Facts checked October 24, 2026; every one links to its source below.

Last checked: October 24, 2026. We re-check every fact on this page each quarter.

The short answer: AccuLynx doesn't publish its prices. Its plan page lists two plans, Pro and Elite, and says its sales team will "provide you with a custom price quote." It doesn't advertise a free trial, and it sells nine optional add-ons on top of the plan. Third-party sites report about $60 to $120 per user per month, but AccuLynx hasn't confirmed that figure.

This page covers what AccuLynx says publicly, what other sites report (clearly labeled), the add-ons, the contract terms in AccuLynx's own terms of service, and the questions to ask before you sign.

Disclosure: EaveWorks makes a roofing CRM that competes with AccuLynx. Every fact below links to its source so you can check it yourself.

What AccuLynx says about its pricing

  • Two plans, both quote-only. "Every roofing company is unique, so we offer two different plans for roofing contractors to choose from," says AccuLynx's plan page. Neither plan has a price. To get one, you fill in the "Get Pricing" form and AccuLynx contacts you "with demo information and a custom price quote."
  • Priced per user. AccuLynx's terms describe licenses "purchased as User subscriptions," and you're billed for an agreed minimum number of users.
  • Small teams are welcome. AccuLynx's FAQ says it serves companies "with as little as 3 users" up to operations "with hundreds of users."
  • A demo, not a trial. AccuLynx offers a demo ("We'll show you how everything works in just 30 minutes"), a demo video and a self-guided tour. We found no free trial on its website.
  • "No contracts." The plan page says: "Our monthly subscription option gives you flexibility so you're not locked in." The terms (below) still set notice periods and user minimums.
  • Training and support included. AccuLynx says live phone and email support and 1:1 training come "for free with every user license."

Pro vs. Elite. Both plans include leads and CRM, estimates and contracts, invoicing, aerial measurement ordering, supplier direct ordering, the mobile field app, job costing and unlimited document storage. Elite adds features Pro doesn't have, including a production calendar, supplement tracking, permit tracking, commissions, sales pipeline reports, a custom workflow manager and multiple company locations.

The nine add-ons

AccuLynx lists nine "additional tools to enrich your plan." None has a published price. Its terms say the cost of an add-on "will be indicated" when you switch it on inside the software.

Add-on What it covers (AccuLynx's description) Price published?
Smart(er) Docs Proposals, templates and collecting e-signatures No
Texting Two-way SMS from inside AccuLynx No
Customer Portal A homeowner hub for job status, messages and payments No
AppConnections Selected third-party app connections and AccuLynx API keys No
AccuPay Card, debit and ACH payments No (rates on request)
AccuFi Homeowner financing No
ReportsPlus Dashboards and custom reports No
DataMart Advanced company-wide reporting data No
Mobile Crew App A crew-specific app for labor and scheduling No

Two of these matter to almost every roofer. AccuLynx's add-ons page puts e-signatures in Smart(er) Docs, and its AppConnections page says you must turn that add-on on to get "select third-party app connections as well as AccuLynx API keys." For payments, AccuLynx says AccuPay "charges a small fee depending on the type of payment transaction" and asks you to request the rates.

What other sites report (not confirmed by AccuLynx)

These figures come from third parties. Some of them sell competing software, as EaveWorks does. Treat them as rough guides, not prices.

  • $60 to $120 per user per month, reportedly, per Roofing Software Guide (checked October 2026). The guide itself calls this range "unverified." SubcontractorHub (August 2026, a roofing software company) reports the same range, with one breakdown putting Pro near $70 and Elite near $85 per user.
  • An "Essential" plan at $250 a month, dropped in August 2026, reportedly, per Roofing Software Guide. JobNimbus's comparison page (JobNimbus is a competitor) still says "AccuLynx Essential starts at $250/month," citing a June 2026 check. AccuLynx's plan table now shows only Pro and Elite, although the preview text in the page's code still mentions "the new Essential plan."
  • Onboarding fees of about $500–$1,000 for small teams and $3,000–$5,000 for larger ones, reportedly, per SubcontractorHub. JobNimbus's comparison page puts it at "$500 to $5,000." AccuLynx doesn't list any setup fee, so ask.
  • Add-ons push the bill up. Roofing Software Guide estimates that real monthly spend runs 40–70% above the base subscription once add-ons are included.

What the reported range works out to (user licenses only)

Users At the reported $60–$120 per user per month
3 $180–$360 a month
5 $300–$600 a month
10 $600–$1,200 a month
20 $1,200–$2,400 a month

This is simple arithmetic on a third-party range. It isn't an AccuLynx price, and it leaves out add-ons, payment processing, measurement reports and any onboarding fee.

Contract and billing terms, from AccuLynx's own terms

AccuLynx's General Terms and Conditions (updated January 23, 2026) say:

  • 30 days' notice to cancel. Monthly service renews automatically. You avoid the next charge only if your cancellation is "received thirty (30) days advance of the expiration of the current billing period."
  • A user minimum. You "will always be responsible for the Fees… based on the minimum amount of Users as agreed," even if you remove users below that number. To stop paying for a user next period, deactivate them at least 30 days before it starts. The same 30-day rule applies to add-ons.
  • Annual plans. At the end of an annual term, service renews "on a monthly billing basis at the then standard rates," and "any prepaid annual fees made are nonrefundable."
  • Price changes. AccuLynx may change the per-user fee, add-on fees and the fee for additional file storage "upon advanced notice." That notice "may be provided on the billing statement for the previous month's service."
  • Billing disputes must reach billing@acculynx.com within 90 days of the bill.
  • Your data when you leave. AccuLynx has "no obligation to maintain, store or provide" your data after termination and may delete it, unless you ask in writing before termination. It "may charge You a reasonable fee" for the export. If you leave with more than 15 base users, you're "subject to a monthly data storage fee to keep your account active."

Where AccuLynx earns its price

AccuLynx has been around since 2008, and Roofing Software Guide calls it "the deepest CRM built exclusively for roofing." Both plans include aerial measurement ordering and supplier direct ordering. Elite's supplement and permit tracking suit insurance restoration work. Training and live phone support come with every user license. If those strengths matter most to you, AccuLynx is a serious option. Just get the full quote in writing.

Questions to ask on the AccuLynx sales call

  1. What's the per-user price on Pro and on Elite at my user count, and at the count I expect next year?
  2. What minimum number of users will I be billed for?
  3. Which add-ons do I need for e-signatures, texting, a customer portal and API access, and what does each one cost? Please put it all on one written, line-item quote.
  4. What are AccuPay's card and ACH rates? Are there per-transaction, chargeback or monthly fees?
  5. Is there an onboarding, setup or data-import fee?
  6. Monthly or annual: which is cheaper, and what will I pay when an annual term rolls over to monthly?
  7. How much notice do you give before a price increase? Can my rate be locked?
  8. When does the file-storage fee in your terms apply?
  9. If I leave, how do I get my data out, in what format, and what does it cost?
  10. Can I test it on my own jobs before I pay?

Common questions

How much does AccuLynx cost per month?
AccuLynx doesn't publish prices. Pro and Elite are both sold by custom quote and billed per user. Third-party sites report about $60 to $120 per user per month (Roofing Software Guide, October 2026), but AccuLynx hasn't confirmed this. Add-ons such as e-signatures, texting and the customer portal cost extra.
Does AccuLynx have a free trial?
We found no free trial on AccuLynx's website as of October 2026. It offers a 30-minute demo, a demo video and a self-guided tour. EaveWorks offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card.
What's the difference between AccuLynx Pro and Elite?
Both include CRM, estimates and contracts, invoicing, aerial measurement and supplier ordering, and the mobile app. Elite adds a production calendar, supplement and permit tracking, commissions, sales pipeline reports, a custom workflow manager and multiple company locations. Both are priced by quote.
Does AccuLynx require a contract?
AccuLynx advertises "no contracts" with a monthly option. Its terms still require 30 days' notice before the end of a billing period to avoid the next charge, bill for an agreed minimum number of users, and make prepaid annual fees nonrefundable.
Are e-signatures included in AccuLynx?
AccuLynx's add-ons page lists collecting e-signatures under Smart(er) Docs, one of its paid add-ons. Every EaveWorks plan includes unlimited e-signatures.
Can I get my data out of AccuLynx if I leave?
Yes, if you ask in writing before your account ends. AccuLynx's terms say it may otherwise delete your data, may charge "a reasonable fee" for the export, and may charge a monthly storage fee if you leave with more than 15 base users.
