Best roofing CRM software
Written by EaveWorks, which makes one of the products compared here. Facts checked October 24, 2026; every one links to its source below.
Updated October 24, 2026. We checked every price and term below on each company's own website that day, and we re-check this page every quarter.
Who wrote this: EaveWorks, a roofing CRM company in Austin, Texas. We make one of the products on this list, so keep that in mind. To keep it fair, every fact about another company links to where we found it, and every product (ours included) has a "drawbacks" section. The order below is not a ranking, and we list ourselves last of the seven. If something is out of date, tell us at anthony@riseroofing.company and we'll fix it.
The short answer
No single roofing CRM is best for everyone. The right one depends on how you sell, how many people will use it, and how you want to pay. Here's where we'd start looking:
| If you are... | Look first at | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Storm or insurance restoration, ordering from ABC, SRS or QXO and measuring with EagleView or Hover | AccuLynx | Deepest insurance workflow; supplier ordering plus the most measurement integrations |
| A small-to-mid residential team that wants an easy start | JobNimbus | 14-day free trial; highly rated phone app |
| A small residential team on a tight budget | Roofr | Prices from $0, unlimited users, built-in measurement reports |
| Selling at the kitchen table | Leap | Built around its SalesPro in-home sales app |
| A storm team that knocks doors | RoofLink | Weather maps, canvassing territories, measurements included |
| A residential company that lives on the phone | ProLine | Calling, texting and follow-up built in |
| Growing or multi-branch, tired of per-user and add-on fees | EaveWorks (us) | One flat price by revenue; unlimited users, locations, texting, e-sign and API |
| Mostly commercial service work | Dataforma or ServiceTitan | Built for commercial and field service |
How we put this together
We read each company's pricing page, terms and help center on October 24, 2026, plus public reviews. For setup times and "who it suits," we lean on Roofing Software Guide, an independent site run by a former roofing company owner. We haven't used every competitor's software ourselves, so book their demos too.
Pricing at a glance (as of October 2026)
| CRM | Prices published? | How you pay | Free trial | Contract |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| AccuLynx | No, custom quote | Per user, with a minimum user count, plus optional add-ons | None listed; sells through a demo | Website says "No contracts," but its terms require 30 days' notice to cancel |
| JobNimbus | No, "Request pricing" | Plan tiers by user count, plus add-on bundles | 14 days, no credit card | Monthly or annual, depending on plan |
| Roofr | Yes | Flat per plan, unlimited users; measurement reports are pay-per-report | Free Starter plan, no time limit | Month-to-month or annual |
| Leap | Yes | Per user | 14 days on the Essential plan | One-year contracts, paid monthly |
| RoofLink | Yes | Per user, plus a one-time setup fee | None mentioned; demo | Not published |
| ProLine | Yes | Flat per plan, 3 seats included | Free "Base Account," no credit card | Cancel online anytime |
| EaveWorks | Yes | Flat by annual revenue, unlimited users and locations | 30 days, no credit card | Month-to-month |
Payment fees add up on a $15,000 roof:
| Card | ACH / bank payment | |
|---|---|---|
| JobNimbus Payments | 3.2% + $0.29 | 1%, capped at $50 |
| Roofr Payments | 2.8% + $0.30 (you cover the extra on Amex) | 0.5%, capped at $40 |
| EaveWorks | 3% flat | 0.5% |
| AccuLynx (AccuPay add-on) | Not published | Not published |
On a $10,000 card payment, that's $280.30 with Roofr, $300 with EaveWorks and $320.29 with JobNimbus. On a $20,000 ACH payment, Roofr's cap keeps it at $40 and JobNimbus's at $50, while EaveWorks' 0.5% is $100.
The roofing CRMs, one by one
AccuLynx
What it is: Roofing-only CRM and job management software in two plans, Pro and Elite. Both include estimates, aerial measurement ordering, supplier ordering, job costing and the mobile app. Elite adds supplement tracking, a production calendar, commissions and multiple locations.
Who it suits: Established mid-size and large contractors, insurance restoration and multi-location companies, per Roofing Software Guide, which points crews of one to three people to JobNimbus or Roofr.
Pricing model: No published prices. You get a custom quote, billed per user with a minimum user count. AccuLynx lists nine extras on top of the plan: AccuPay, Customer Portal, SmartDocs (its e-signature document tool), AccuFi, ReportsPlus, DataMart, Texting, Mobile Crew App and AppConnections. Third-party sites reportedly put it at $60 to $120 per user per month, per Roofing Software Guide, which labels those figures unverified. More detail: AccuLynx pricing.
Strengths:
- Supplier ordering with ABC Supply, QXO and SRS, plus EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, Hover, RoofSnap and RoofScope measurements.
- Strong support marks: 4.7 for customer service on Capterra (search-result summary).
- A dedicated insurance restoration workflow.
Drawbacks:
- Cost is the top complaint: 71% of the 66 Capterra reviews that mention pricing are negative.
- Setup takes weeks: 2 to 4 for basic use, 6 to 8 for full adoption, per Roofing Software Guide.
- The AccuLynx Field app has 3.8 stars from 597 App Store ratings (4.1 on Google Play).
- Its terms require 30 days' notice to cancel, bill your minimum user count, don't refund prepaid annual fees, and allow a fee for handing over your data when you leave.

JobNimbus
What it is: A CRM and project management app for roofing and other exterior trades, built around drag-and-drop job boards.
Who it suits: Small-to-mid residential roofers and storm companies with lots of leads, per Roofing Software Guide, which says it isn't built for commercial roofing.
Pricing model: No published prices. Four plans by size: Essentials (up to 3 users), Pro (up to 10), Premium (up to 19) and Enterprise (20+). JobNimbus says the price depends on plan, users and add-ons, with separate role-based pricing for admin, sales and field users. Its Marketing Bundle and Communications Bundle (texting) are sold separately. No required setup fees. More detail: JobNimbus pricing.
Strengths:
- A 14-day free trial with no credit card.
- A highly rated phone app: 4.8 stars from about 13,000 App Store ratings, 4.7 on Google Play.
- Easy to use; ease of use is its most-praised theme on Capterra.
- E-signatures on estimates are built in.
- Integrations with ABC Supply, SRS, QXO, Beacon PRO+, EagleView, Hover, CompanyCam and QuickBooks.
Drawbacks:
- Email reliability is the top complaint, per Roofing Software Guide, which also reports weak reporting and no job costing.
- Trustpilot reviewers describe price increases and hard-to-reach support (3.0 stars from 399 reviews).
- Removing seats earns no refund, and JobNimbus "does not guarantee to hold data for canceled accounts."

Roofr
What it is: Roof measurement reports plus a CRM, proposals, payments, material ordering and a calendar.
Who it suits: Small and growing residential teams, and anyone who orders a lot of measurement reports.
Pricing model: Published, with unlimited users on every plan ("Roofr does not charge per seat"). Starter is free. Essentials is $249 a month, or $209 a month billed yearly. Scale is $349 a month, or $299 a month billed yearly. Measurement reports are extra on every plan: $19 each on Starter and $13 on paid plans. Add-ons include Instant Estimator, Roofr Sites and AI Receptionist.
Strengths:
- A free plan and low published prices, with unlimited users.
- Unlimited e-signatures on Essentials and Scale.
- Card fees of 2.8% + $0.30 (lower than JobNimbus's, and lower than ours on payments over $150), and ACH at 0.5% capped at $40.
- Measurement reports and ESX files you can upload to Xactimate, inside the CRM.
Drawbacks:
- The free plan allows only 10 trial proposals, invoices and work orders.
- Essentials has one job board and 10 automated actions; job costing, crew management and QuickBooks need Scale.
- Measurement reports cost extra on top of the plan.
Leap
What it is: Leap CRM plus SalesPro, an in-home sales app for estimates, proposals, contracts and financing. Built for roofing and remodeling.
Who it suits: Companies that sell in the home, and roofers who also sell windows, siding or remodeling.
Pricing model: Published, per user. Essential is $79 a month for one user. Team starts at $298 a month, including the first user, plus $99 a month for each added user. Premium starts at $750 a month with 6 users. Enterprise is by quote. All plans are one-year contracts paid monthly.
Strengths:
- In-home sales tools in one system with the CRM.
- Integrations with ABC Supply, QXO, SRS, EagleView, CompanyCam, QuickBooks and Angi Leads.
- No extra Leap charge to use its integrated partners.
Drawbacks:
- A one-year contract on every plan.
- Per-user pricing adds up. Ten users on Team starts at $1,189 a month.
- Limits on lower plans: Essential is one user with 5 digital signatures, and Premium includes 5 free remote signatures and 20 free payment captures.
RoofLink
What it is: A roofing CRM covering storm tracking, canvassing, satellite measurements, estimates, production, payments and commissions.
Who it suits: Storm and insurance teams that knock doors.
Pricing model: Published: $400 per user per month plus a one-time $1,500 setup fee, with "no per-measurement costs."
Strengths:
- Measurements included in the price.
- Weather maps and territory management for canvassing.
- Integrations with SRS, QuickBooks, Hover, EagleView, CompanyCam, SalesRabbit, Stripe and Zapier.
Drawbacks:
- The highest per-user price of the products here that publish one.
- A setup fee, no free trial listed, and no published contract terms.
ProLine
What it is: A communication-first roofing CRM with a built-in phone number for calls and texts, automations, quotes with e-signature, invoicing and review requests. Higher plans add AI voice agents.
Who it suits: Residential roofers who want calling, texting and follow-up in one place.
Pricing model: Published: Good $497 a month, Better $797 and Best $1,697. Each includes 3 seats and a monthly allowance of "PRO Credits." A free Base Account needs no credit card, and setup is done for you.
Strengths:
- You can cancel online by switching to the free Base Account, with no phone call needed.
- Your data exports to CSV and stays stored free on the Base Account.
Drawbacks:
- Only 3 seats are included, and the pricing page doesn't say what extra seats cost.
- Ask what uses up the PRO Credits on your plan.
- Some features are marked "Coming Soon."
EaveWorks (us)
What it is: An all-inclusive roofing CRM with a job pipeline, estimates and proposals with e-signature, invoicing and online payments, two-way texting, automations, job photos, job costing, crew scheduling, multi-location management, an open API, an AI text responder with missed-call text-back, and material ordering.
Who it suits: Residential retail, storm and insurance, commercial and multi-branch roofers, especially those with many users or branches who want one predictable bill.
Pricing model: Published, by annual revenue, not by seat: $749 a month under $500k, $1,490 from $500k to $1M, $2,490 from $1M to $3M, and $3,490 above $3M. Every plan includes unlimited users, locations, texting, e-signatures and API. Cards are a flat 3% and ACH/check is 0.5%. No long-term contract. 30-day free trial, no credit card. See pricing.
Strengths:
- The price doesn't climb when you add people or branches.
- E-signatures, texting, customer sharing and job costing are included, not add-ons.
- A free data move from AccuLynx or JobNimbus.
- Live integrations with CallRail, Twilio (texting), QXO (material ordering), Facebook lead ads and Fixr.
- Texting has built-in consent and STOP/opt-out handling. It's for conversations with your own customers and leads, not mass texting.
Drawbacks:
- We're new. There are no customer reviews of EaveWorks yet, so you can't check other roofers' experiences the way you can with the others here.
- Fewer integrations. If you depend on ABC Supply or SRS ordering, or on EagleView, Hover or QuickBooks, AccuLynx and JobNimbus connect to more of them today.
- Not the lowest price for a small crew. A one- or two-person shop will pay far less on Roofr's published plans than our $749 starting price.
- On large ACH payments, Roofr's and JobNimbus's caps cost less than our flat 0.5%.
Other software roofers use
- Jobber is built for home-service businesses in general, not roofing. Plans start at $49 a month for one user (monthly billing), extra users are $29 a month, with a 14-day free trial and no credit card.
- ServiceTitan is field-service software for many trades, priced per technician by quote.
- Dataforma is built for commercial contractors, roofing included, with work orders, timecards and a client portal. Pricing is by quote.
- Add-on apps such as CompanyCam (photos), SalesRabbit and Spotio (door knocking), and EagleView and Hover (measurements) work alongside a CRM. AccuLynx and JobNimbus connect to all five.
How to choose by company type
Residential retail. You need fast estimates, good proposals, e-signatures and follow-up that runs itself. Small crews should compare Roofr's and JobNimbus's entry plans. In-home sellers should look at Leap. If your team keeps growing and per-seat quotes keep rising, compare them with a flat price like ours.
Storm and insurance restoration. Look for supplement tracking, Xactimate-friendly measurements, supplier ordering and canvassing tools. AccuLynx has the deepest insurance workflow, RoofLink is built for storm canvassing, and Roofr sells ESX files. Ask every vendor how it handles supplements and adjusters.
Commercial. Most roofing CRMs are built for homeowner work; Roofing Software Guide says JobNimbus isn't suited to commercial. Test bids, job costing and progress billing in a trial. EaveWorks includes job costing and billing by draw or percentage (see our commercial roofing software guide). For service and maintenance contracts, Dataforma and ServiceTitan are built for that work.
Multi-branch. Check how each product prices extra locations and users. AccuLynx puts multiple locations on Elite. JobNimbus caps users by plan, with unlimited locations on Enterprise. Leap's Premium includes 5 active offices. EaveWorks includes unlimited locations, with per-branch branding and reporting, on every plan.
Questions to ask every vendor before you sign
- What's my monthly price, in writing, for my user count and the add-ons I'll use?
- What happens to the price when I add a user or a branch?
- How long is the contract, what notice do I need to cancel, and are removed seats refunded?
- How do I get my data and files out if I leave, and is there a fee?
- What are the card and ACH rates, and are they capped?
- Can I try it free, or only watch a demo?
- Are the integrations I need live today?
- How is the phone app rated in both app stores?

Common questions
- What is the best roofing CRM?
- It depends on your company. AccuLynx suits established insurance restoration companies that rely on supplier and measurement integrations. JobNimbus suits small-to-mid residential teams that want a free trial and a strong phone app. Roofr suits small teams on a budget. Leap suits in-home sales. EaveWorks suits growing and multi-branch companies that want one flat price with unlimited users. Try two or three before you choose.
- Which roofing CRMs publish their prices?
- As of October 2026, Roofr, Leap, RoofLink, ProLine and EaveWorks publish prices on their websites. AccuLynx and JobNimbus don't. Both ask you to request a quote.
- Is there a free roofing CRM?
- Roofr has a free Starter plan with unlimited users, but it allows only 10 trial proposals, invoices and work orders. ProLine has a free Base Account. Both are best treated as ways to try the software before you pay.
- Which roofing CRMs have a free trial?
- JobNimbus offers 14 days with no credit card. Leap offers 14 days on its Essential plan. EaveWorks offers 30 days with no credit card. AccuLynx doesn't list a free trial; it sells through a demo.
- What's the best CRM for storm and insurance roofing?
- Look for supplement tracking, supplier ordering and Xactimate-friendly measurements. AccuLynx is the most established option for insurance restoration. RoofLink is built around storm tracking and canvassing.
- Can I switch roofing CRMs without losing my data?
- Usually, but plan ahead. Check your current contract's cancellation notice: AccuLynx's terms require 30 days. Export your data before you cancel, because neither AccuLynx nor JobNimbus guarantees to keep it afterward. EaveWorks moves your data from AccuLynx or JobNimbus for free.
- Is this list biased?
- We make EaveWorks, so we have a stake in it. To keep it fair, we link every competitor fact to its source, list the drawbacks of every product including ours, and don't rank ourselves first.
