AccuLynx alternatives: 7 roofing CRMs compared

Written by EaveWorks, which makes one of the products compared here. Facts checked October 24, 2026; every one links to its source below.

Last checked: October 24, 2026. We make EaveWorks, which is on this list. Every price and feature below comes from each company's own website, terms or app store listing. Every entry, ours included, says who it isn't for. Sources are at the bottom.

AccuLynx has been around since 2008. Roofing Software Guide, an independent review site, calls it "the deepest CRM built exclusively for roofing". It's especially strong for insurance restoration and multi-branch companies, it has a long list of supplier and measurement integrations, and it gives every new customer free 1:1 training. If it's working for you, there's a good chance you should stay.

Why roofers look for an AccuLynx alternative

These are common reasons, each checked against AccuLynx's own pages (October 2026):

  • You can't see the price. AccuLynx gives a custom quote and "charges a monthly subscription fee for each license". As the team grows, the bill grows.
  • Common tools are add-ons. E-signatures come through Smart(er) Docs. Texting, the Customer Portal and the API (AppConnections) are add-ons too. None of them has a published price.
  • No free trial. AccuLynx's site offers a demo and a quote. We found no free trial.
  • "No contracts" still has terms. Its terms require 30 days' notice before your billing period ends, charge for your agreed minimum number of users, and don't refund annual prepayments.
  • Getting your data out. After you leave, AccuLynx may delete your data unless you ask in writing beforehand, and it may charge "a reasonable fee" to provide it.
  • Pro vs Elite. Multi-location set-up, the production calendar and supplement tracking are Elite-only features.
  • The phone app. AccuLynx Field has 3.8 stars from 597 App Store ratings.

The 7 alternatives

1. EaveWorks (that's us): the full workflow at one flat price

What it is: a roofing CRM covering the AccuLynx-style workflow, from lead through prospect, approved, completed and invoiced to closed. It includes estimates and branded proposals, e-signatures, invoicing with draw schedules, two-way texting, automations, job photos, job costing, crew scheduling, multi-location, an open API, an AI text responder and QXO material ordering.

Price (published): one flat monthly price based on annual revenue: $749 (under $500k), $1,490 ($500k to $1M), $2,490 ($1M to $3M), $3,490 ($3M+). Every plan includes unlimited users, unlimited locations, unlimited texting, free e-signatures, the open API and the customer portal. Cards are a flat 3% and ACH/check payments 0.5%. Month-to-month. 30-day free trial, no credit card. Free data move from AccuLynx.

Compared with AccuLynx: the items AccuLynx sells as add-ons (e-sign, texting, customer portal, API), plus every user and branch, are in one published price.

Suits: residential, storm, commercial and multi-branch roofers who want AccuLynx-style job tracking without per-user licenses and add-ons.

Not for you if: you rely on AccuLynx's supplier integrations (ABC Supply, SRS), measurement ordering (EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, Hover), QuickBooks or Sage Intacct sync, or its insurance supplement tracking. EaveWorks connects to QXO, CallRail, Facebook lead ads and Fixr today. If you depend on any of the others, ask us before you switch.

2. JobNimbus: the other big roofing CRM

What it is: a roofing-first CRM with drag-and-drop boards and custom workflows. It also serves siding, gutters and other exterior trades.

Price: not published. Four plans capped by users (3, 10, 19, 20+), all "Request pricing". Every plan includes e-sign, estimates, invoices, payments, supplier integrations, QuickBooks and the API. Texting (Engage) and marketing are separate bundles.

Compared with AccuLynx: a 14-day free trial with no card, e-sign and API included, and a 4.8-star app (13,000 App Store ratings). On the other side, plans cap users, automations and integrations, and reviewers rate its insurance workflow less deep than AccuLynx's.

Suits: small to mid residential teams that want to try before buying and care most about the crew app.

Not for you if: you need 20+ users or many branches without moving to Enterprise pricing. Full comparison: AccuLynx vs JobNimbus.

3. Roofr: free to start, measurements built in

What it is: a roofing CRM built around Roofr's own measurement reports, with proposals, invoicing, payments and material ordering.

Price (published): Starter $0/month (reports $19 each). Essentials $249/month or $209 billed yearly. Scale $349/month or $299 billed yearly. Unlimited users on every plan and unlimited e-signatures from Essentials up. SMS texting is a $49/month add-on (billed annually). QuickBooks sync is on Scale. Cards 2.8% + 30¢ (Visa, Mastercard, Discover); ACH 0.5%, capped at $40.

Compared with AccuLynx: published prices, a free plan, unlimited users and e-sign included. Its card rate is lower than ours, too.

Suits: small to mid residential teams selling off measurements and proposals.

Not for you if: you need AccuLynx-level production, insurance or multi-branch reporting.

4. Leap: for in-home sales teams

What it is: Leap CRM for job management, plus Leap SalesPro for estimates, contracts and financing at the kitchen table. Roofing and remodeling.

Price (published): Essential $79/month for one user, with a 14-day trial. Team from $298/month including the first user, plus $99/month for each added user. SalesPro Premium from $750/month including 6 users. Integrations include ABC Supply, SRS, QXO, EagleView, CompanyCam, QuickBooks and GreenSky.

Compared with AccuLynx: published prices, a stronger in-home sales app and many of the same supplier connections.

Suits: retail teams that close at the appointment, and roofers who also remodel.

Not for you if: you want a flat price for a large team. It's still per-user.

5. RoofLink: an all-in per-user price

What it is: a roofing CRM for door-knocking and storm teams, with territory maps, weather and storm tracking, and measurements in the app.

Price (published): $400 per user per month plus a one-time $1,500 setup fee, which RoofLink describes as "everything included" with "no per-measurement costs". Integrations include SRS, QuickBooks, EagleView, Hover, CompanyCam, Stripe and Zapier.

Compared with AccuLynx: you can see the price, and canvassing and measurements are part of it rather than add-ons.

Suits: storm and canvassing operations where reps do most of the work in the field.

Not for you if: you have a big office or crew headcount. Every login costs $400.

6. ProLine: lead follow-up, calling and texting

What it is: a roofing CRM focused on speed-to-lead, automated follow-up, built-in calling and texting, and review requests.

Price (published): a free plan (no card, no user cap, core features only). Good $497/month, Better $797/month and Best $1,697/month, each with 3 seats. Good includes unlimited calling and texting, a mobile app, integrations and Zapier, and done-for-you setup.

Compared with AccuLynx: published prices, with texting and calling included on paid plans.

Suits: residential retail roofers whose priority is converting and following up on leads.

Not for you if: you need deep production management for many users. Extra-seat pricing isn't published.

7. Jobber: simple field-service software

What it is: scheduling, quoting, invoicing and payments for many home-service trades. Roofing is one of the industries it lists. G2 lists Jobber among its top AccuLynx alternatives (as shown in search results).

Price (published): Core from $49/month for one user. Grow (adds two-way texting and job costing) $199/month for one user or $399/month for 10. Extra users $29/month each. 14-day free trial, no card.

Compared with AccuLynx: far simpler and cheaper to start, but not built for roofing.

Suits: small repair and service roofers, or multi-trade companies.

Not for you if: you depend on roofing-specific tools such as supplier ordering, measurement reports or insurance tracking.

Before you leave AccuLynx

AccuLynx's terms set the timing, so plan around them:

  1. Ask for your data in writing before you cancel. After termination, AccuLynx may delete it. Confirm the format and any fee in writing.
  2. Give notice at least 30 days before your billing period ends, or you'll pay another month.
  3. Deactivate users at least 30 days before the next billing period, but remember you still pay for your agreed minimum.
  4. Check whether you prepaid a year. Annual prepayments aren't refunded.
  5. Run the new system alongside AccuLynx for a few weeks. Roofing Software Guide suggests planning 60 to 90 days for a full switch.

EaveWorks will move your AccuLynx data for free. Book a demo and we'll walk you through it.

Common questions

What is the best alternative to AccuLynx?
G2's alternatives page lists JobNimbus as the top AccuLynx alternative, followed by Jobber, FieldPulse, Leap and Housecall Pro. That's based on its user reviews, as shown in search results. Jobber, FieldPulse and Housecall Pro are general field-service tools. The roofing-specific options are JobNimbus, Roofr, Leap, RoofLink, ProLine and EaveWorks, the newest of the group. The right pick depends on whether you're leaving over price, the app, or how hard AccuLynx is to buy and leave.
Is there an AccuLynx alternative with free e-signatures?
Yes. As of October 2026, EaveWorks includes unlimited e-signatures on every plan. JobNimbus includes eSign in every plan. Roofr includes unlimited e-signatures from its Essentials plan up. At AccuLynx, e-signatures come through the Smart(er) Docs add-on.
Does AccuLynx have a contract?
AccuLynx says it doesn't lock you into contracts. Its terms of service still require 30 days' notice before your billing period ends, charge for the minimum number of users you agreed to, and don't refund prepaid annual fees.
Can I get my data out of AccuLynx?
Yes, but ask before you cancel. AccuLynx's terms say it has no obligation to keep your data after termination unless you request it in writing beforehand, and that it may charge a reasonable fee. Companies with more than 15 base users may owe a monthly storage fee to keep the account active.
Is there a cheaper alternative to AccuLynx?
AccuLynx doesn't publish prices, so we can't compare totals directly. Several alternatives do publish theirs. Roofr starts free and runs to $349/month, Leap starts at $79/month for one user, and Jobber at $49/month. EaveWorks isn't the low-cost choice. Its pitch is one fixed price with no per-user or add-on charges.
