Who wrote this: EaveWorks, a roofing CRM that competes with AccuLynx. We've tried to summarize what roofers say fairly, good and bad, and every figure links to its source. Read the reviews yourself too.

We couldn't see a separate AccuLynx score on Software Advice or GetApp. They're Capterra's sister sites (G2 bought all three in February 2026), and for JobNimbus their figures match Capterra's, so we haven't counted them separately.
Why the scores differ so much. Software review sites collect many reviews through vendor invitations, and they tend to be happy customers. Trustpilot and BBB are open to anyone, and people with a problem are more likely to post there. Neither is the whole truth, so read both. Also, when you search "AccuLynx reviews," Google shows Glassdoor, Indeed and RepVue. Those are reviews from people who work at AccuLynx, not from roofers who use the software.
What roofers praise
Support and training. This is AccuLynx's strongest area. Capterra rates its customer service 4.7, and its summary shows 93% of 138 reviews about support are positive (search-result summary). SoftwareFinder scores support 10 out of 10. Positive Trustpilot reviews mention reaching a real person on the phone.
Built for roofing, and deep. Roofing Software Guide, an independent site, scores AccuLynx 9.1 out of 10 and calls it "the deepest CRM built exclusively for roofing." Its Elite plan adds supplement tracking, permits, a production calendar and commissions.
Insurance restoration. Roofing Software Guide names it best for insurance restoration contractors and multi-location companies.
Integrations. Supplier ordering with ABC Supply, QXO and SRS. Measurements from EagleView, GAF QuickMeasure, Hover, RoofSnap and RoofScope. QuickBooks, Sage Intacct, CompanyCam, SalesRabbit and CallRail, among others.
Everything in one place. Capterra's summary shows 95% of 62 reviews about organization are positive (search-result summary). Trustpilot reviewers like keeping files, photos and contracts together.
What roofers complain about
Price and paid add-ons. This is the most common complaint. Capterra's summary shows 71% of the 66 reviews that mention pricing are negative, and says add-ons and per-user fees hurt smaller teams (search-result summary). AccuLynx's own plan page lists nine extras on top of the plan, including SmartDocs (its e-signature tool), texting and the customer portal, with no prices shown. One Trustpilot reviewer in June 2026 called it too expensive.
Billing and cancelling. AccuLynx's terms (updated January 23, 2026) say you must cancel 30 days before the billing period ends, you pay for your minimum number of users even if you remove some, users must be deactivated 30 days before the next billing period, and prepaid annual fees aren't refunded. Billing disputes must be raised within 90 days. Both BBB complaints from the last three years are about charges after the customer tried to cancel. AccuLynx answered both, saying the charges were for service used. On Trustpilot, an October 2025 reviewer says they were charged for inactive users.
Getting your data out. The terms say AccuLynx has "no obligation to maintain, store or provide" your data after you leave, that you must ask in writing before you cancel, and that it "may charge You a reasonable fee." Companies leaving with more than 15 base users may owe a monthly data storage fee. A G2 reviewer says they were promised an easy download of all their files after cancelling, but only the data was sent (search-result summary). Trustpilot reviewers in February and June 2026 describe data retrieval as hard and costly.
A long setup. Roofing Software Guide puts basic adoption at 2 to 4 weeks and full use at 6 to 8, based on user reviews. A Capterra reviewer called setup "very long and hard" and suggested hiring someone to do it (search-result summary). SoftwareFinder reviewers mention a learning curve.
The phone app. The AccuLynx Field app has 3.8 stars from 597 App Store ratings. App Store reviewers mention photo uploads failing, freezes when uploading several photos, and features missing compared with the browser version. AccuLynx replied to that last review and asked the user to contact its mobile team. To be fair, Google Play ratings are higher (4.1 for Field, 4.5 for the Crew app), and AccuLynx says ratings have risen since its 2023 app redesign.
Invoicing and payments. Capterra's summary shows 51% of 43 reviews about invoicing and payments are negative (search-result summary).
What Reddit and Facebook say
Roofers talk about AccuLynx on Reddit (r/Roofing, r/Contractor, r/Acculynx) and in Facebook groups such as "Roofing Industry." Threads like "Any contractors in here use AccuLynx?" show up on Google. We couldn't read them: Reddit blocks automated reading and the Facebook groups need a login. We won't summarize what we haven't read, so look at them yourself.
Ownership news
Who AccuLynx suits, and who might look elsewhere
AccuLynx is a strong fit if you're an established insurance restoration or multi-location company, you order through ABC Supply, SRS or QXO and measure with EagleView or Hover, and you value phone support and training.
You might look elsewhere if you're a crew of one to three people (Roofing Software Guide points those to JobNimbus or Roofr), you want to see a price or try the software before a sales call, or you want e-signatures, texting and a customer portal without paying for add-ons.
